Just 2 weeks remain in our 2022 CSA season! On the farm we are winding down quickly in the fields with only collards and kale remaining on the harvest list, and just a few more clean up tasks to do. Pictured is Shao daisy-chaining up the row cover that protected our final field planting of arugula.
This week from Pfennings, certified organic: Ontario mushrooms, Quebec apples and cranberries, as well as green onions, lemons, limes, oranges, bananas. New this week we have kiwi and mangoes too! From local farms (Aylmer): butternut squash, sweet potatoes, red potatoes, onions.
Seth has a new bread available this week, Almond cranberry (a seasonal twist on walnut raisin).
From Gunn's Hill this week we have brie, fresh curds, handeck, and five brother's (available in both 170g and 300g).
