With September hitting us, the farm really feels like it is switching gears. Most of our planting outside with the exception of some radishes, lettuce and spinach is pretty much finished for the year. We are continuing to plant our hoophouses and our greenhouses with greens from now until October and we continue planting more slowly through the winter. We have some major weeding jobs ahead of us but even that will be winding down by mid September and then the work on the farm will be almost entirely harvesting!
