This is the final order and share delivery for 2020. What a weird year! Thank you so much for ordering from us and being our member. We feel very fortunate to have been able to grow and sell this year and we are busy making plans for next year.
If you have not signed up for our winter shares, we will still be doing farmstand orders each week (even when we are not doing a delivery). We will have new software from Harvie that will begin in January that is going to make the ordering process much more straight forward.
Don't forget that we have a few Common Ground Farm toques and T-shirts left if you are looking for an ideal stocking stuffer. And this week only we have our 1.5 year old stewing hens available. They are not at all like roasting chickens you may be used to (lots of flavour, but much tougher meat and are about 3-4 lbs).
This week we have:
- Organic spartan and ambrosia apples (3lb bag) from BC (Pfennings)
- Organic avocadoes from Mexico (Pfennings)
- Organic raisins from USA (Pfennings)
- Great Lakes farms Honey Crisp apples (NOT ORGANIC)
- Great Lakes farms Empire apples (NOT ORGANIC)
- Great Lakes farms Ambrosia apples (NOT ORGANIC)
- Garlic from our own farm this week
- Butternut squash: Hope ECO farms or Our Fields Farm Aylmer
- Sweet potatoes: Hope ECO farms
- onions: organic, Pfennings in Baden (near Kitchener)
