Finally we are having a bit of real winter weather, even enough we were able to skate on our pond last week! On the farm we have been continuing our turnover of the greenhouse into a second wave of greens that will be harvested from now until mid March when they are replaced with tomatoes and cucumbers.
This week we have more beans and pulses from Oak Manor (sunflower seeds, several kinds of beans) and we have a cooking sunflower oil from Mason Orphee.
