In the next few weeks, we will be busy with hoophouse relocating, turnover, seeding and transplanting. We have just seeded our first cabbages and kale for the new year as well! We're already having to trellis the greenhouse tomatoes and cucumbers; soon it will be a jungle all over again! Our greenhouse chard is extraordinary right now, and we were able to harvest parsnips again last week, so be sure to put those items on your list!
