After a big push last week to get our most of our full-season transplants (tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, zucchini, herbs, melons, etc.) in the ground, we now have lots of weeding to catch up on! Pictured are Devon, Alex, and Josh, cleaning up one of our beet plantings (with morale support from Atlas in behind!).
In harvest news, we have lots of our own carrots and beets available again. This week also bring the first pickings of kohlrabi and chard. Excitingly, delicious cherry tomatoes from the greenhouse are taking off!
New this week we also have a variety pork pack available from 3Gen Organics. It includes a tenderloin, peameal bacon, and ground pork.
