This week we are in full summer harvest swing. We have a huge load of green beans and cherry tomatoes will be in quarts and 2L containers this week. We will have peaches available from Great Lakes Farm again this week as well as blueberries from Bluegroves (this *might* be the last week for them). We have lots of watermelon and a trickle of our mini cantaloupe. Don't worry if you don't get one this week as there are many more coming!
We are looking for volunteers for our festival! Check out what's involved here. If you have or know of a high school student who needs volunteer hours they can get credit for helping us out! Did you know? All the proceeds for the festival will be going towards Anova women's shelters in London. We have already secured a couple of larger donations that will go towards providing them with amazing vegetables for their meal services. We are super excited about this partnership!
