The season turnover continues here. We feel ahead on our bulk harvest of storage crops so we've continued replacing the hot weather crops in our hoophouses with things that will provide throughout the winter like this labouriously transplanted spinach!
Despite the loss of some summer crops (there are still a few tomatoes and peppers this week though) we still have a huge list of crops coming from the farm. If you haven't tried them yet, there are some lesser known vegetables that are just amazing this time of year. Get your hands on a bunch of hakurei turnips, choi or kohlrabi and get them at the very best!
