Based on your feedback and answers on our surveys, we are sourcing more fruit and specialty produce from other farms than we ever have in past farm share seasons. Kaden and I only farm on 2 acres, and we don't have room to grow large numbers of peas, beans, and corn. This week, we have some incredible sweet corn from Armstrong Farm, plus fresh peas and beans from Joywalk! This is the very first season we have offered sweet corn!
Y'all asked for more fruit, and I don't think we could do any better than we have this week! We have some of the best peaches and plums grown in N. LA, plus the eclectic sweet treats-and SPECIAL this week!!! BLUEBERRIES! Technically- squash, tomatoes, and cucumbers are fruits, but who is counting???
