Hello CSA Members!
I hope everyone had a great 4th of July celebration! We celebrated here on the farm by working a few hours in the morning to get some plants in before the rain, trellis our tomatoes, and harvest a few items. After that, we headed down to the Boiling Springs Lake to participate in the "Anything Floats" race. We had two submissions that performed very well. We had a lot of fun with it. Then, the whole crew gathered for a barbeque in the barnyard. Last evening, my family and I climbed the highest hill on the farm to watch a spectacular show of fireflies and fireworks in all directions during a beautiful sunset.
Please note the updated beef offerings in this weeks delivery. Beef can be purchased as an extra through Harvie and will be delivered to your drop off site.
