Happy Monday all,
We have another busy week ahead here at the farm. It's garlic planting week. Over the past few months, we have carefully processed all of the garlic harvested back in July. We isolated the biggest, best bulbs and cracked them down to cloves. Those cloves are the seed for our next years crop. By using the best of the best, we ensure the best chance for thriving of the plants over the winter and into next growing season. We are hopeful also that over time, the genetics of our garlic crop improve yielding bigger and better garlic!
Other than that, still lots of harvesting, field work and getting our greenhouses together for the winter.

Have a great week,
