Hello Farmstand Members- it's been awhile since we've been in touch. Sorry, we're still recuperating from #2020 ;) ...and trying to get ready for the 2021 CSA season. What's happening with us?
We're in the process of building a new washing/packing facility, Hector (one of our irrigation site managers is out on Paternity leave having welcomed a baby girl, and a few employees are taking longer leaves of absences to spent needed time with family in a Covid-safe manner (quarantine's on either end of their trips etc.). Ellie (our 3 year old) broke her leg on a trampoline, which has put a kink in things, but she's out of her cast now :) The high tunnel grown flowers are kicking into gear, and we just planted our first round of dahlias (under cover). The greenhouse is packed full of little plants, and the cover crop has blanketed the farm in green.
We've finally decided to start exercising our box packing muscles this weekend. You may notice the Farmstand has received a makeover. Hopefully it is now a much more customer friendly experience- allowing you to see a list of what's available and build your box of $35 or more based on our inventory versus the previous confusing system.

We are accepting registrations for the 2021 CSA Season and have added a new Hillsborough location as well as a new Santa Cruz Midtown location. It's filling fast, so if you plan on joining do it soon!
