The Asparagus harvest is in full swing and the quality is excellent! The Hakurei Salad Turnip supply is exhausted for now,but the Swiss Chard is coming along and I see little Zucchini forming in the hoop house! Meanwhile, we are still transplanting SummerCrops inside and outside.
Memorial Day is next Monday; we will be at the Markets on Wednesdays and Saturday. I will be at the Family Fare parking lot in Eaton Rapids on Wednesday at 12:00 noon, and the Allen Street Farmers Market after that, 3:00-6:30. Thursday afternoon is farm pick up and scheduled home deliveries. Saturday we are at the Market on the Grand in Grand Ledge, 9:00-1:00. I hope to see you soon!
