We're so excited to be back for our summer CSA season, thanks for joining us for it! We're mid transition from our greenhouses to the field, and we've had a chilly spring so some things are looking a little bit behind where they normally are this time of year. Thankfully we've got some extra special late spring greenhouse crops that will make our transition nice and smooth.
This week the last of our greenhouse salad turnips are joining the first of our spring carrots, and the first radishes from the field are available for boxes as well.
In the greens department, we've got salad mix and spinach braving the outdoors, and even some early Siberian Kale that we put outside in March!
In the herb department, we've got gorgeous spring scallions, as well as cilantro coming from our greenhouses. We've also got garlic chives which we planted last year-- this is their first harvest!
We're not going to do the same field tour that we've done in the past for first pickup this year, but if you come to the farm to pick up, feel free to find us and say hello, or poke around! We'll be back in touch regarding a potential summer gathering, we'd love to see all your faces amongst a full field.
