We're just 2 weeks away from planting the strawberries that we will harvest in 2021. There's a whole lot of planning that takes place before we ever get to the point of soil preparation. Strawberries are one of the most "risky" crops that we grow, but we know that you love them so we'll keep growing them.
The fall Broccoli, Cabbage and lettuces are coming along well and should be ready Late September. Our potato harvest this year was embarrassing. We planted 2500 pounds of potatoes and only harvest 500 pounds. What a bummer. We're holding onto the potatoes for the last week or so of delivery. Fortunately the sweet potatoes are looking good and will be harvested the first week of October.
