Check out this photo of the tomato harvest wagon. 4500 pounds picked in several hours. I have a great team of guys that work here--- but your role is even more important! A couple of other notes about the tomatoes- As many of you folks know- growing a nice red juicy tomato is not a reliable thing every year! Many of you also know how easily a tomato can get bruised/damaged while in a bag with other items. When we think that a red ripe tomato will not get damaged in the shares we tried to send them- sometimes we know that cantaloupes will roll around and cause some problems so we will try and set some less ripe ones on the bottom and more ripes ones on top...Despite our best efforts we realize that you might get a damaged one. When you do- please let us know. We want you to be thrilled with your share each week.
