Farming to me is a combination of good luck and skill, sometimes both work our well but the reality is usually somewhere in between huge crop yields and complete failure. This season has been no exception! Though I can point to a number of successes, as we draw near the end, I am excited to go at it again next year. We are going to keep working to improve our farming systems along side some new trials for us, some of which are just a very old school way of doing things. We have new crop in the boxes this week - sweet potatoes! They are cured and delicious. Pop ‘em in the microwave or oven and enjoy (skins and all)! Thanks for another great season, but I hope that you will stick around for an even better one next year!

About the farm
Wild Coyote Farm is a Certified Organic small family farm in beautiful Southwest Michigan, dedicated to organic, regenerative, and sustainable growing practices to produce delicious and nutritious produce and eggs. No synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, GMOs, or anything harmful to any part of the precious land and environment we steward. We grow everything in soil (no hydroponics) and focus on soil health to grow the most nutritious produce. The animals we raise (chickens and sheep) rotate as part of our soil health plan, are pastured and humanely cared for.
