The sweet corn is knee high by the 4th this year, which seems like an accomplishment with the dry spring we have had. Most crops are coming along swimmingly and I’m as tired as can be expected for July. It definitely feels like we are coming into the season where produce is plentiful, but with blackberries to pick and fall crop to transplant along with everything else, it’ll be a real challenge to get it done before it is too late. We have blackberries for you all this week, and summer produce is coming along. We took the first cucumber out of the field today and melons look like they are sizing up! I do look forward to a fresh watermelon… anyhow, if you have any issues with your box or delivery, let us know!

About the farm
Wild Coyote Farm is a Certified Organic small family farm in beautiful Southwest Michigan, dedicated to organic, regenerative, and sustainable growing practices to produce delicious and nutritious produce and eggs. No synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, GMOs, or anything harmful to any part of the precious land and environment we steward. We grow everything in soil (no hydroponics) and focus on soil health to grow the most nutritious produce. The animals we raise (chickens and sheep) rotate as part of our soil health plan, are pastured and humanely cared for.
