We've got cherry tomatoes galore this week, and they're absolutely delicious! We're offering pints as well as 2 litre baskets for the cherry tomato lovers! Peppers, eggplants and beefsteak tomatoes are still steadily making their way out of our greenhouse and into our boxes. New this week, we've got our first green onion bunches! They're great chopped up raw and fantastic in stir fry and soup! A few more firsts for the season, curly endive, escarole and little gem head lettuce will also be available. If you missed out on carrot bunches last week, don't worry! We'll have them again this week! Choi will also be making an appearance on the pick list again, so keep an eye out for that! We all have our hands full this week (and every week!) with harvest, trellising, transplanting and weeding.
From Pfennings this week, we'll have broccoli, cauliflower, celery, green garlic, yellow onions, bananas and oranges. Mazak's Farms asparagus will be available as well.
