Happy Easter! Seth is back this week baking bread and we have quite a variety of organic produce coming from Pfennings. Although our storage crops are getting thin we do still have cabbage, our amazing purple daikon and celeriac from our own storage. Our salad mix this week is very nice too with some of it coming from our small greenhouse.
Note: this week we will be delivering both Thursday and Friday. I will be sending out your delivery time by Wednesday afternoon and you should have a good idea when the delivery will come.
