While we just transplanted leek into the ground (pictured) last week, we're very pleased to be harvesting our first field carrots and new potatoes this week! We also have loads of delicious beets available again, and the first harvest of small red cabbages.
As well this week we're happy to offer organically grown blueberries from Bluegroves Farms in Eagle, Ontario for the first time this year. While quantity is limited to start, we hope to have lots more in the next few weeks.
An important note about farm pickup: we're switching pickup to Thursday afternoon/evening 4pm-8pm, the same as it was last year. Of course if you can't make it out then, it is no problem to come on Friday instead.
Ticket sales for the music festival are picking up, be sure to get some before they sell out it's going to be an awesome time!
