Lots of variety available from Common Ground Farm this week: leeks, spinach, cabbage, napa, kale, collards, carrots, parsnips, beets, winter radish, rutabaga, and celeriac in abundance! From the greenhouse we have tender swiss chard as well as a small amount of dill and cilantro.
From our organic partners in the Aylmer area, HOPE Eco-farms and Darryl Myny, we again have lots of additional vegetable fall staples: butternut and kabocha squash, spanish and red onions, and yellow potatoes. Through Pfenning's we're pleased to offer ontario-grown mushrooms and cucumbers, ginger, turmeric, lemons, limes, oranges, bananas, and lots more!
