A cold snap is coming to us this week, so we've been rushing to get everything winterized and ready. It seems that every year it comes suddenly and we are scrambling to harvest anything sensitive, but I guess that's always going to be how it goes! We still have some very hardy crops outside like Kale, brussel sprouts and leek, but the bulk of our winter storage crops are all harvested and in the cooler. You will see things like swiss chard and head lettuce for another week, but after this week these crops will be finished for the season.
