Farm Happenings for October 7, 2021
Our rented cooler is filling up with our ongoing fall harvest. So far, celeriac (being harvested in the photo), kohlrabi, and about half of our cabbage and beets are out of the field. This time of year is always challenging balancing storage crops and winter preparations with our weekly harvest.
