Well we made it through Cristobal with just some minor damage! A few rows of tomatoes fell over and our next set of sunflowers aren't standing straight up anymore, but evreything should be okay. We are harvesting all of our pepper varieties now, hence the picture of a few of them! My favorite are the shishito's, I toss them in a lil olive oil and sprinkle kosher salt on top then grill them, pull em off and add some shredded parmesan, goat or really any cheese! Super easy. The lunch box and banana are really good in a salad as well, we will be offering these as extras and when we can harvest enough you will see some of them in your boxes.
