Shallots are coming along nicely, we should be harvesting some towards the end of October. (Which is pretty much here, time flies!) Our pumpkins and other winter squash are coming along, they aren't really enjoying this 2nd summer we are having now but they look good considering. Pictured is a new variety we are trying call Jester squash, its similar to delicata but supposedly even better tasting! We will find out soon enough.1 read more »
