I hope everyone can get there boxes customized and ordered in this shorter and earlier time period! We are delivering to Martins' Wine Cellar (Lobdell) in Baton Rouge on Thursday from 11-12:30. Then on Friday we will be at Okeefe's in Covington from 12:30-2, Gnarly Barley in Hammond from 12:30-2:30, and Poke Loa on Magazine St in NOLA from 1:00-3:00pm. Then next week we start our Summer CSA program, we hope you all will join us for that as well and we appreciate the continued support!
We just started picking some of our figs this week, they are not in full swing yet but it wont be long! We have three varieties of trees that we pick from. In the picture the top left is LSU Purple, top right is LSU Gold, and the bottom left is Celeste. We hope to be adding these to your boxes soon but for this week we only have enough to sell as extras! Chef Austin is also smoking more bacon today so that will be available to buy as well!
