I wanted to let everyone know that there are still some Field to Table dinner dates in August. Chef Austin Kirzner and his crew prepare some wonderful dinners held at Covey Rise Lodge's new Venue, which if you haven't seen it in person yet, is worth the trip just to see it, but the food, atmosphere, and overall experience is really great as well. I highly recommend it and if you are interested just give them a call or visit their website posted below. We have a few things back on the harvest list this week and hoping to keep adding more. I hope yall have been enjoying the peanuts, I have been boiling a bunch of them! Still dealing with the heat and rain but we can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel, ALMOST.....
