When I went out too repair some wind damage, I noticed that some of the Strawberries in that particular low tunnel were in Bloom! Well, the high temperature today is 35 degrees, and the strawberries can't handle those temps, and neither the bees that need to pollinate those flowers. With sunnier days ahead it looks like a lot of hands on to open and close the low tunnels this week. That's okay, though, have you ever tasted a Michigan organic Strawberry in May? Can't wait!
