Hello!
This morning I witnessed the latest hard frost that I can remember. Careful planning and a little luck got us through the last 3 nights and dangerous temperatures, never mind a little deer damage!
Tomorrow is Memorial Day, a day to honor the men and women that paid the ultimate price for our freedom and way of life. As a veteran having served 15 months in combat, the day has a special meaning and respect for the front line military people serving today. They may be paid a little better than I was but it is still a sacrifice and time out of their lives while protecting our liberties. Please be kind and considerate of these fine young people!
This week I am at the Family Fare parking lot in Eaton Rapids on Wednesday at 12:00 noon and the Allen Street Farmers Market 2:30 - 6:30 after that. Thursday afternoon is farm pick up, and Saturday we are in Grand Large at JC Park, 9:00 - 1:00. Please see the attached menu and let me know if I can help. I hope to see you soon!
