Hello!
Working through the successions of the different is flat out addictive. Each product is good in it's own right and when they all come together in mid July through mid September we blend the into taste bud delights! Try our Salsa Kits, Asian Greens Salad Mix, Mildly Spicy Microgreens, and coming soon, a spicy Spring Salad Mix in Autumn! Then there are the veggie fruits like Melons, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, and Red Bell Peppers that simply stand on their own.
I almost never list fruits and certain weather sensitive treats like Sweet Corn. Because I publish today on Sunday, I cannot project into Wednesday, let alone Saturday, what the quality, quantity, and the availability of these special items will become. I know the best growers in Michigan that can help round out my weekly menus, and I always offer items like fresh fruit at our farm and local markets. I may have Sweet Corn Wednesday but probably not on Saturday. I now have Honey in stock from our farm and it is simply excellent!
This week I am at the Family Fare parking lot in Eaton Rapids on Wednesday at 12:00 noon, and the Allen Street Farmers Market located on Michigan Avenue at Fairview Street after that, 2:30 - 6:30 Thursday afternoon is farm pick up, and Saturday we are in Grand Ledge for the Market on the Grand at JC Park, 9:00 - 1:00.
