Hello and welcome to week 14!
Definitely feels like the end of summer out here now. The light has definitely shifted and I have been wearing another layer during morning and evening chores. Now is the time to enjoy all of these summer vegetables!
We are beginning to bulk harvest crops for storage. All of the onions and shallots are coming in to cure and soon we will be pulling in winter squash, then roots and storage cabbage.
If you are interested in bulk tomatoes for canning, etc. please let me know. We have seconds, along with first quality sauce type tomatoes available. We also have a bumper crop of basil if you would like to make and freeze a big batch of pesto, dry it, etc.
