How sweet it is to grow food for you! (cue James Taylor) It's days like these glorious past few that remind us of why we love farming so much! We get to spend the whole day outside, we have the satisfaction of working with good people, with the warmth of sunlight on our backs and the sweet melodies of birdsong in the fresh air. We are grateful for this way of life, for the generosity of the land, and for the support of our community. It is our pleasure and delight to bring you fresh, delicious, nutritious food grown with love in Fairlee soil. Some might say farming is only rad-ish, but we're here to say, you simply can't beet it!
ps- don't forget to twist the tops off your radishes and turnips and store the greens and roots separately, they'll last much longer!
