The forecast on Friday was for a 90% chance of severe thunderstorms. Since the farm is on the highest point in East Atlanta, we decided to postpone the Crop Mob until the 23rd.
And then it barely drizzled on Sunday morning.
So, instead of having 50 volunteers plant 1500 strawberries in about an hour, my team and I are spending the better part of three days on it. Cause these berries aren't going to wait, and I'll be damned if I lose a second round of strawberry plants.
C'est la vie.
