Ecosystem Farm - ask nicely, and you might get a kitten in your share!
We found this little squirt on Friday at the Wrecking Barn as a storm was rolling in. Between that and the road running through the property, I didn't put much store by his chances. So I popped him in a cereal box and he spent 48 hours in our downstairs bathroom, coming out for play sessions and opportunities to teach Luna that *all* cats should be left alone, not just *our* cats.
I put his picture on Instagram Saturday night, and within a minute had a call from a CSA member who wanted him. Apparently he'd recently traded landscaping work for a case of kitten food, and just an hour before had a conversation about manifesting a kitten! So squirt is now named Zoso, and is happily settling in with big brother Sprite. :D
I'm going to put out a live trap for mama cat this week to see if we can at least get her spayed, and we're also keeping an eye out for the rest of the litter. So keep an eye on Instagram, there may be more kittens up for grabs in your shares!
