I have survived my second battle with corona! And the farm survived too - huge kudos to our new team member Zoe who jumped in at the deep end and ran a market two hours after starting on Wednesday with nothing but my garbled notes to guide her.
Now that I'm back up and running, we're shifting focus this week to getting our summer seedlings into the field.
The photo this week is something I've been interested in trying for a while - selling microgreens with the soil. My theory is that by selling with the soil, the greens will last longer in your fridge. If you get microgreens this week, let me know what you think!
