It has been a long wait, but the Asian Greens are ready for our popular Salad Mix! It's just in time; the Baby Lettuce, Spinach, and other cool weather crops won't be back up and running for about 3 more weeks. I also took Baby Kale off the menu to give it some much needed rest.
I'm told that I am days away from the first Covid Vaccination shot; I have witnessed that disease all around me for almost a year, and now is not the time to let down my guard. The Allen Street Indoor Market is open this Wednesday, but I will remain at the Tannin Restaurant until after my second shot. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but I can't put the health of my customers nor my family at any more risk as I move about the work of growing and delivering Great Food. We will even consider home delivery, if circumstances warrant!
This Wednesday I am at the Family Fare parking lot in Eaton Rapids at 12:00 noon, and the Tannin Italian Restaurant later, 4:30-5:30 at the corner of Shepherd St. and Michigan Avenue in Lansing. Thursday afternoon is farm pick up, and Saturday I am in the parking lot behind Flour Child Bakery, 11:00-12:00 noon. Please see the attached menu and let me know if I can help!
