This is the final week of the summer share, and the 8 week fall share begins next week!
Are you the type of person who is sad to see summer in the rear view mirror, or do you welcome fall with open arms? We're typically a little of both around here, but this year I'm feeling especially relieved that fall is here. The dry, hot summer has been a doozy, and I'm looking forward to slowing down a bit and looking forward to the next growing season.
A few important reminders in this email, so please read carefully:
PICKING UP YOUR SHARE: If you pick up your share at the farm, we encourage you to park in the parking lot if you're able to carry your items back up the hill. If you can't easily carry them or have limited mobility, please feel free to pull your car down by the garage. However - PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY when you drive up and down the farm driveway. If you have someone coming to grab your box for you, communicate this to them as well. Thank you for your cooperation on this safety matter.
Thank you all for returning your boxes and bags to your pick up locations. If you've got a stash in your garage or your car, this is your reminder to return them this week at pick up! :)
