Time to Customize for Monday, December 12!
You'll see arugula and cilantro on the list this week. Both of these are from the field (not the hoophouse). Winter field greens are the sweetest (and in our opinion, the most delicious!) but don't always look quite as nice as the ones from the hoophouse. Just a heads up that you might see some purple leaves -- these are perfectly good to eat, but have changed color due to the cold temps.
