We had our first ever market day in York at Central Market House yesterday, which is the primary reason why I am late getting you this email! (The secondary reason is a teething baby…)
I am really excited about our radishes, baby carrots and lettuce mix this week. They are looking really nice and will make for some yummy salads!
We have almost entirely filled our seedling greenhouse, so this week we will keep the seeding going while working on moving out the hardiest plants (kale, spinach and Bok choy) to the field.
