It's strawberry season!
Farmer Phil, posts the "time-to-customize-your-share" emails 4 days before delivery. He is pretty good at forecasting harvest.
Although strawberries fluctuate in volume daily. Example: Tuesday 6/9 we harvested 423 quarts, and Wednesday 6/10 we harvested 281 quarts.
Strawberries have a very short shelf life. When we are running long we would like to offer them to you any way we can. Even if it is last minute off the back of the truck.
