Kalettes have been developed entirely through natural processes.

Several Family Farms Lost up to 98% Of Their Business Because of the unfortunate Covid-19 virus. From cattle and pork producers to vegetable and fruit growers, who had never dealt with such unprecedented times.
LUCKILY the team at Harvie came to the RESCUE!!
There was a BIG SHIFT when the restaurants and schools closed. Many farmers needed a quick change to survive. The Harvie team went to work brainstorming and saved several farms with their Customized Boxes direct to consumer.
Some of the farmers even joined together to form a small co-op to help fill the boxes while others farmers quickly changed their operations.
We want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Harvie for being forward thinkers!!!

Brussel sprout "cups" are similar to cabbage but have a unique brussel sprout flavor.
Little meatballs can be cradled in Brussels sprout cups for a clever seasonal treat.
- Be sure to blanch the leaves first for tenderness.
- Fill with bacon and cheese or any other filling you prefer.
