It's that time of year for FALL Squash.
Although we harvested several varieties, let's talk about the BUTTERNUT SQUASH!
- Pierce several times and easily cook in the crock pot for 4 hours on high. Scoop out inside, add butter for a side-dish or make into soup.
- Can also be substituted for part or all of the pumpkin in pumpkin pie.
We are so appreciative of our Farm Staff and all the HARD WORK they put in! We also love giving them the opportunity to see how appreciative our loyal customers are to their DEDICATION on the farm.

When I think of how much manual labor goes into a produce farm: "A farmer may not be able to hire quality staff at minimum wages. However, I think the best way to help people stay working on farms to produce whole-foods and make it more available, is to show your appreciation for their hard work."
This is especially important for adults, who have bills to pay. These tips are given to outstanding employees.
