1. Cherry/Grape tomatoes
* TASTE oh-so good!
* Harvesting PLENTY right NOW!
1. Cherry/Grape tomatoes
2. Fresh Beans
3. Sweet Corn (we are skipping over the ears that the birds thought they could check out. If you happen to get an ear that is scratched at the top, NO WORRIES...just cut the tip off and it is good to eat. The husk has protected the corn.)
4. Kohlrabi
5. Cilantro
EAT with the season to grab the most NUTRITION!
It's finally here...Sweet Corn season is in FULL SWING!
Everyone LOVES sweet corn since it is easy to incorporate into your meals.
Eat as a side dish, throw in salads or soups, roast it and create a summer dip to share.
What's the best way to keep Sweet Corn fresh?
If you are too busy to eat it right away, leave the husk on the sweet corn and place in a plastic bag with the silk end tilted down into the bag.
Stays fresh for several days, so you can eat later!
