It looks like winter is here to stay for awhile longer! Despite the snow and cold weather, we will still be able to harvest lettuce and spinach from our hoophouses this week. Farm Happenings for February 12, 2021
It's finally real winter this week, but the good news is that the first sign of spring here on the farm is our grafted tomato seedlings. These are destined to be transplanted in the greenhouse in March and will hopefully be giving us fruit by last May or early June.

About the farm
We are an organic vegetable farm just outside St. Thomas, a short drive from London. We grow the finest produce free of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides throughout the year and sell them to our vegetable box subscribers, at farmers’ markets and to restaurants in our area. We are committed to running our farm sustainable and providing the healthiest products to our customers.
