Growings On 9/15

My apologies for getting this out late - yesterday was intense. Some of you know that our landlords at the old farm filed to evict us in June, despite knowing that our strawberry plants can't be moved until late October. Thanks to covid, our magistrate court status hearing was delayed until yesterday. We established that the parties are roughly $40,000 apart in expectations, and now we're on the list to be scheduled for a magistrate court dispossesory trial. That could be next week or next month or later. I'm obviously hoping for next month or later - I need to get my plants off the property intact, and then I want my day in court.
