Well, Monday's proceedings turned out to be the court checking with the parties to see if we still had a dispute. We confirmed that yes, we did, and now we're scheduled for an actual eviction trial on the 28th.
Seems like that question could have been answered with an email instead of a scheduled hearing that took up an hour of 8 people's time. But, c'est la vie.
