The summer CSA share is 15 weeks long - and believe it or not, we have come to the end of it! This week marks #15 of the summer share. It has been, overall, a great first season and we are so grateful for our CSA members!! You have helped make this season possible for us and we can't thank you enough for supporting a small family-run farm. We hope you'll stick with us as we grow, and continue to grow food for this wonderful community!
A few housekeeping items in conclusion...
-- All credits must be used by NOVEMBER 30th 2021. So for summer share only folks, if you have any credits, use them up this week! If you have remaining credits on your account, you'll be able to see them when you add extras/swap items. They will be redeemed automatically.
-- Please return any boxes you might have around to your drop site or the farm. This is much appreciated as we can reuse them! We can also take back plastic clamshells, paper pint/quart boxes and egg cartons.
-- We'll be closing the fall share in the next week or two as we expect quantities to be more limited than the summer share. If you're planning to sign up now is the time. Join the Fall CSA
And a few items for full-season and fall share folks!
-- For Tuesday on-farm members, please remember to read signs carefully when you select your items. Sometimes we change weights or quantities from what you see on your list. Or, sometimes we will specify the weight to take if your list says "1 bag" or "1 box".
-- Fall Flower Shares are coming!! You'll get a gorgeous bouquet of fall flowers from Nine Pines Farm each delivery, and you can select weekly or biweekly. This share will hopefully go live sometime on Monday, so check back if you'd like to get flowers in the fall!
