We are happy to announce we have BEEF this week. Our Farmer is Blue Rein Ranch from Fort Macleod. The farmers are Marvin and Erica Vandenhoek. They certainly have a multiuse farm....Marvin is a certified counsellor and he used his horses and cattle as part of his work with people for mental health. He is committed to using his farm to the best of his ability and only runs as many cattle as he can on the acres he has.
As it is a first time...and we did not have control in butchering and packaging....the cuts are a bit big...in the future we would probably get the steaks cut in half so they are not so big. But give it a try...and please feel free to give us feedback.
This order is for delivery the week of January 25. We realize it gets a bit confusing...but we will try to get us all used to the extra week in-between for getting orders lined up.
