Our freezer is getting empty. The beef and pork are both running low at the moment. We have more animals at the butcher...but they are busy as well. We hope to get them restocked very shortly.

It's a cooker again!! And the heat gives us even more work to do each day. Watering is a never ending job right now....and I look forward to the days of seeing all those plants planted up in the garden.

It feels good to get back to a bit cooler temperatures. It was a scorcher last week. But we worked hard and got lots of plants in the ground. And since we have a pivot....we were able to keep things watered enough to get the plants all settled in and growing.
